Cellphones pictures

Our topic was cellphones. We were suppose to use our 3 rules of composition that we choose & take pictures with a cellphone as the subject.

3 rules of composition that we used :
- Rule of thirds
- Leading lines
- Pattern

This picture is an example of Lines & Patterns because that is what the models are surrounded by.

This picture is an example of pattern because the models, Celeste & Ivana, are in front of different patterns.

This picture is an example of leading lines because theres different lines behind Celeste & Ivana.

This picture is an example of rule of thirds because Celeste & Ivana are not in the middle.

This picture is an example of pattern because Celeste & Ivana are surrounded by different colors.

Cropping for better Composition

Before
After

This illustrates cropping, one of the rules of composition. I cropped out the unnecessary background and I focused on the stage and the garbage cans to make the stage pop out even more with all the different colors.

                           Before

The cropped photo illustrates avoid the middle, one of the rules of composition. It illustrates avoid the middle because the cropped picture is towards the end of the picture, focusing more on the bubbles and not that much on the ferris wheel as the before picture.

Photography 1:Composition

To make a Gmail account and Blog you click on the compose button. Composition in photography is the placement or arrangement of visual elements or ingredients in a work of art. Five elements of Composition that you need are: Pattern, Symmetry, Texture, Depth of Fields, and Lines. A Symmetry shot with strong composition and a great point of interest can lead to a striking image. Also like Symmetry, Patterns can lead to a striking image. Texture can come alive and almost come three dimensional. The Depth of Field that you chose will impact the composition of an image. Lines can be very powerful in an image. They have the power to draw the eye key focal points and can impact to feel the image. Diagonal, Horizontal, Vertical, and Converging Lines can impact the image differently. It should be spotted while framing a shot.
